Terms of Service

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You retain full ownership of any content, materials, or information you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant EduConnect AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content; (ii) the User Content does not violate the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party; and (iii) the User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform, including its original content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and software (“Platform IP”), is owned by EduConnect AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform IP without our prior written consent.

All User Content remains the property of its respective owner. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in User Content to EduConnect AI.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at alikamal0675@gmail.com with the following information: (i) a description of the copyrighted work; (ii) a description of the allegedly infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly.

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription (“Premium Subscription”). By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment Methods: You must provide a valid payment method at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to Premium features until the outstanding balance is paid.
• Refund Policy: Currently to be defined before official launch. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis during the pre-launch phase.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following reasonable notice to you (at least 30 days). If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your conduct could harm other Users, third parties, or the Platform.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination or deletion, we will retain only the data required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at alikamal0675@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days of the initial notice, either party may seek recourse through the competent courts of Morocco.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Morocco, and you waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.
