How do I create an account?
Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute. Click the Sign Up button, enter your email, choose a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up using Google for a faster registration process.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Navigate to the Premium section in your account settings. Choose between monthly or yearly plans, enter your payment details, and confirm. Your premium features will be activated immediately.
How do I use the AI Assistant?
Access the AI Assistant from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner. Ask questions about your courses, request explanations, get homework help, or generate practice problems. The AI adapts to your learning level.
How do I join a community?
Browse the Communities page to find groups matching your interests. Click Join on any community to become a member. Some communities are open, while others require approval from the community moderator.
How do I publish a post?
Within any community, click the Create Post button. Add your title and content, attach images or files if needed, and click Publish. Your post will be visible to all community members.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and check your inbox for a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. The link expires after 30 minutes.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the Sign Up button on the homepage. You can register using your email address or sign in with Google for a faster setup. Fill in your name, email, and a secure password. After submitting, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. Once verified, you can set up your profile by adding a profile picture, bio, and selecting your learning interests. Your account gives you access to courses, communities, the AI Assistant, and all basic features for free.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Premium unlocks advanced features including unlimited AI Assistant queries, exclusive courses, priority support, ad-free experience, and detailed learning analytics. To subscribe, go to Settings > Premium from your profile menu. You can choose between a Monthly plan (billed each month) or an Annual plan (billed once a year, saving you up to 30%). Select your plan, enter your payment information securely, and confirm. Your Premium badge will appear on your profile immediately, and all premium features will be accessible right away. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the same section.
How do I use the AI Assistant?
The AI Assistant is your intelligent learning companion. To access it, click the AI chat icon located in the bottom-right corner of any page. You can ask questions about course material, request explanations of complex topics, get help with homework assignments, generate practice quizzes, or ask for study tips. The AI Assistant remembers context within a conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions naturally. For the best results, be specific about what you need help with. Free users get a limited number of queries per day, while Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access and priority response times.
Community
How do I join communities?
Communities are groups centered around specific subjects, interests, or goals. To find communities, navigate to the Communities page from the main menu. You can browse featured communities, search by keywords, or filter by category. Click on any community to view its description, member count, and recent posts. If the community is open, you will see a Join button — click it to become a member instantly. Some communities are private or require moderator approval; in that case, click Request to Join and wait for the moderator to approve your request. Once joined, you can participate in discussions, share posts, and connect with other members.
How do I publish a post?
Posts are how you share content within a community. To create one, navigate to the community where you want to post and click the Create Post button at the top of the feed. You will see an editor where you can add a title and your content. You can format text using bold, italics, lists, and headings. You can also attach images, documents, or links to external resources. Once your post is ready, click Publish to share it with the community. Your post will appear in the community feed and be visible to all members. You can edit or delete your own posts at any time from the post menu.
How do I send messages?
Direct messaging allows you to communicate privately with other users. To send a message, go to a user's profile and click the Message button. Alternatively, open the Messages section from the main menu and click New Message, then search for the recipient by name. Type your message and press Enter or click Send. You can also share files, images, and links in your messages. All messages are end-to-end encrypted for privacy. If you receive a message from someone you do not know, you can report or block the sender from the conversation settings.

How do I report users?
If you encounter a user who is violating our community guidelines or behaving inappropriately, you can report them. Go to the user's profile, click the three-dot menu icon, and select Report User. Choose a reason for the report from the dropdown menu — options include harassment, spam, impersonation, hate speech, or other. Provide any additional details or evidence in the description field. Your report will be reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. All reports are confidential, and the reported user will not be informed of who filed the report. You can also block the user to prevent further contact.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link. You will receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link and you will be taken to a secure page where you can enter a new password. Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Confirm the new password and click Save. You will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password. For security, reset links expire 30 minutes after being sent.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your password. A warning will appear explaining that account deletion is permanent and irreversible — all your data, including courses, posts, messages, and subscription information, will be permanently removed. If you have an active Premium subscription, you must cancel it first to avoid future charges. After confirming, your account will be scheduled for deletion, which takes effect within 48 hours. During this period, you can log back in to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
